The WICSC+ Trainee board along with UCA founder and CEO will deliver a workshop at the 2024 ICP focused on leadership and research experiences. Attendees will learn how to acquire these skills, recognize their existing experiences, and understand their relevance in academic settings. The panel will also have an open Q&A session hosted by panelists with a range of academic, alt-ac, and industry experience. This event is inclusive and open to non-WICSC+ members and individuals of all genders.
